In this video you will learn to clean the air filter of a table model Metos CombiMaster Plus combi steamer. The filter and it´s maintenance is similar to Metos SelfCooking Center.
Metos CombiMaster Plus combi steamer is equipped with a filter that prevents impurities from entering the device. Regular cleaning of the filter ensures an adequate supply of air and stops contaminants from damaging parts inside the unit.
In table models (CombiMaster Plus 61, 101, 62 and 102) the filter is located below the device, on the left front edge. The filter should be cleaned at least once a week. Monitor the soiling of the filter and adjust the cleaning cycle accordingly. If the filter is badly clogged, the control card overheats triggering an error message "Service 29" to appear on the display.
The filter must be dry before installing it back into place. Washing is thus best done at the end of the day. If you have a spare filter, you can use it to replace the original filter during the wash. Never use the unit without a filter.
In larger models (CombiMaster Plus 201 and 202) the filter is located at the rear of the unit. Here, the filter can only be cleaned by someone familiar with maintenance work.
