Today's BASICS beginner trampoline workout is focused on laying down the foundations. All the moves will be grounded and require less coordination. If you're just starting off to rebounding, make sure to move at your own pace. And if you want this to be more challenging push down more and put more emphasis on your arms. We will work moving to the beat and creating a sequence of moves that feel like a dance. The last track we add a knee and kick, but that is optional.
