Welcome to my Trampoline Workout With With Weights (Trampoline Exercise At Home) Video! In this 33 Min HIIT cardio routine we will be using light weights to sculpt the upper body and to increase the intensity! I will be using a set of 3 lbs/ 1.4 kg. I would not use any heavier than that, as this workout was designed for light weights. We will be working for 45 secs with 15 secs of active recovery. We have 5 circuits with 3 moves in each one and we will run through each circuit 2 times back to back! High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Push down into the rebounder and keep your core tight. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.
