In this webinar, AACOM's Council on Residency Placement (CORP) provides guidance for both students and residency advisors on interpreting data such as the recently released NRMP Charting Outcomes, specifically how to use these data to determine if you’re a good fit for a particular specialty or program based on your attributes. This webinar highlights how to use data for audition rotations and residency applications to select right-fit specialties and programs, as second-year and third-year students need to look at the data for both residency applications but also for securing audition rotations (for selecting right-fit specialties and programs based on competitiveness).
