Tai'an waterfall is located in Keelung, about an hour's drive from Taipei. even though there's no bus, But the advantage here is that the trail is simple and easy. The waterfall can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot
You can bring slippers and towels, the water here is cold and comfortable. Or you could wear a bathing suit to enjoy SPA under waterfall. It's not so bad.
