مقادير الكيك:

1 كوب (130 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ باودر
4 بيض حبة كبيرة
3/4 كوب (150 غرام) سكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
1/3 كوب (80 مل) حليب

مقادير خليط الحليب:

علبة حليب محلى مكثف (14 اونصة او 396 غرام)
علبة حليب متبخر 12 اونصة او كوب ونصف
1/2 كوب (120 مل) كريمة سائلة (من دون سكر)
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة

صينية زجاج مستطيلة او صينية معدنية قياس 13× 9 انش او 33 × 23 سم
حرارة الفرن 325 F او 165 C على الرف الوسط لمدة نصف ساعة.

Cake Ingredients:

1 cup (130 g) all_purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
3/4 cup (150 g) white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup (80 ml) whole milk

Milk mixture ingredients:

14 oz (396 g) can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz (354 g) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Homemade evaporated milk:

In a medium saucepan, pour 3 cups of whole milk. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Simmer on low heat stirring occasionally for 30 minutes until reduced by half.
Strain the milk and let cool completely.
Refrigerate evaporated milk covered up to  5 days.

Evaporated milk substitute:

1 1/4 cups (300 ml) warm water
3/4 cup powdered milk

Mix the powdered milk with the water, stir until the powdered milk has dissolved completely.

🌹Instructions 🌹

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165  degrees C) with the oven rack in the center of the oven.
Butter a 9 by 13 inch or 23 by 33 cm baking pan (I used a glass baking pan), place a parchment paper in the bottom, then butter and flour.

2. In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine and set aside.

3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer) beat on medium to medium-high speed the eggs, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with rubber spatula, then continue beating for 5 more minutes.

4. Reduce the speed to low and mix in the milk. Slowly add the flour mixture, mixing just to combine (do not over mix). Scrape down the sides and bottom with the rubber spatula.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

6. Remove cake from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Invert the cake and remove the parchment paper, then transfer the cake back to the same pan and let cool for 15 more minutes.

7. In a 4 cups liquid measuring cup, place the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla, whisk to combine.

8. Using a bamboo skewer poke holes all over the cake. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

9. Spread the whipped cream over the surface of the cake evenly. Cut in squares and garnish with fresh strawberries or any fruits of your choice. Serve and enjoy.
