How to Assemble TRAIC Dimming LED Tube: Step-by-Step Guide

In this video, we will walk you through the detailed process of producing and assembling a TRAIC dimming LED tube.
You'll learn about the essential components involved, including end caps, transformers, aluminum profiles, PC covers, PCB boards, and wiring.
Here’s a quick overview of what we’ll cover:
1.Welding the transformer’s input to the end cap and preparing the wires.
2.Installing the insulator on the transformer.
3.Inserting the PCB light board into the aluminum profile and securing it with adhesive.
4.Placing the transformer inside the aluminum profile.
5.Welding the output wires to the PCB light board.
6.Attaching the PC lamp cover to the aluminum profile.
7.Installing the end caps on both sides.
Finally, we will connect the assembled tube to the TRAIC dimmer and conduct a light test.
Our dimmer can control up to 300W, ranging from 1W to 20W, and can manage up to 15 tubes simultaneously.
