I get a lot of comments in favour of triggers using the back of my nails so I think its time I had a video dedicated to it! Don't worry - there is still plenty variation for speedy brains 😜

ALSO why are my fingers so pruned and wrinkly?? Sometimes they are and sometimes not yet I drink so much water but it doesn't change. If any of yous know about this please weigh in! I just want pretty fingers for youuu 😭
