In this video, I talk to Terry McGlynn about his research related to tropical biology and thermal biology. Terry McGlynn is an ecologist and entomologist, and speaks about scientific discovery, equity, and justice in STEM. He is Professor of Biology at California State University Dominguez Hills, and is appointed as a Research Associate in the Department of Entomology in the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. He served as Director of the California Desert Studies Consortium, which operates the Desert Studies Center, a large field station in the Mojave Desert, and prior to that was the Director of Undergraduate Research at CSUDH.
