The Trona Pinnacles are a unique spot in the California desert, just outside the town of Trona. These tall limestone spires were formed over 10,000 years ago from ancient lake beds, creating a landscape that looks like something from another world. There are over 500 spires, some reaching up to 140 feet tall. The area is quiet and remote, making it perfect for stargazing, off roading, or in our case…camping.
