There are many praises for black truffles around the world: "The King of Delicacies," "The Black Diamond of the Dining Table," "The Golden Treasure of the Culinary World." However, in its place of origin, Yunnan, it has a down-to-earth name—"Pig Nose Fungus." The first truffle was discovered when pigs, while foraging, unearthed it from the soil. Over time, its unique flavor and nutritional value have earned it countless admiration and love. Truffles have extremely high environmental and altitude requirements, and their growth cycle is slow. Harvesting them involves carefully digging the soil inch by inch. Truffles are both rare and delicious, so we are accustomed to pairing them with all kinds of nutritious ingredients: stewing with chicken, steaming with eggs, serving with rice, or turning them into sauce as a garnish...
