The border wall has been a backdrop of contention for several presidential administrations. On day one of his presidency, Trump said he planned to sign an order declaring a national emergency at the southern border. Shortly after taking the oath of office, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection app, CBP One, went dark. Now, Migrant Advocate Pedro Rios, director of the American Friends Service Committee, said he's not really sure how people are going to seek asylum. Zara Barker has the story.
