I like experimenting and creating natural metal finishes on models. The 262 was the second choice. I'd hoped that the Hurricane would have been the model to practice these techniques on. However, this fell at the first hurdle.
I'm also a big believer in figures being shown in or alongside finished models, giving life and a sense of scale, hence the loan of the Tamiya Sherman figure.
