We got help from a woman who was busy and forgot about the dog she had seen in the neighborhood and only later recognized the dog she had filmed over a year ago. We picked him up as directed by the woman and we couldn’t believe what he was going through. It was a long and difficult journey but we won and were able to give him a new life.
