๐Ÿ’–How to make Korean food Tteokgalbi๐Ÿ’–
1. Remove blood from beef and pork using a paper towel.
2. Add 4 spoons of brewed soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of brown sugar, 1 spoon of starch syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 2 spoons of sesame oil, 2 spoons of glutinous rice powder, and 2 spoons of sesame seeds and mix well to complete the seasoning. .
3. Finely chop the onion and green onion.
4. Add beef, pork, onion, green onion, 2 spoons of minced garlic, and seasoning sauce and knead thoroughly.
5. Shape into an easy-to-eat size. (There are 8 in total)
6. Add 1 spoon of brewed soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 spoon of starch syrup and mix to complete the sauce.
7. Cook over medium-low heat, turning it over three or four times to prevent it from burning.
8. When it is almost completely cooked, spread sauce on the top and bottom and lightly grill to finish.
