Fancy Brandy Cocktail, No. 1
Build in mixing glass
Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice
3 bar spoons simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 or 2 bar spoons orange curaçao
2 oz. or 30 ml. Brandy
Stir
Strain into coup
Garnish with a lemon peel
Vermouth Cocktail, No. 2
Build in mixing glass
Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice
4 to 5 bar spoons of simple syrup
1 or 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 bar spoons of maraschino
2 oz. or 30 ml. Blanc Vermouth
Stir and strain into glass
Garnish with a lemon peel
Morning Glory Fizz
Build in shaker
Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice
Splash of absinthe
3 dashes of lime juice
4 or 5 dashes of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of simple syrup
1 egg white
2 oz. or 30 ml. Scotch whiskey
Shake and strain into glass
Top with seltzer
