Trying Mang Inasal for the First Time and Exploring the Malls of Mactan Island Cebu. Malls in the Philippines are great for avoiding rain and storms and are an excellent place to cool off from the sun in the aircon. Our first taste of Mang Inasal was awesome, they make great chicken, but it's the chicken oil that makes it. Oh, and I made a really great sauce.
