Trying The Impossible: Growing My Food In a Shady Forest (Experimenting With Permaculture Gardening)
In this video I talk about what I've learned after tried out different permaculture gardening experiments and techniques for growing food for self sufficiency in my small and shaded forest garden. Amongst these are several permaculture experiments like growing mushrooms on oak and beech wood logs and making so-called hügelkulturs for growing vegetables - without the need for watering. I also talk about how crops have different needs for sunlight - and my future plans for the garden!
