Hi! This Viral Dense Bean Salad was absolutely worth trying. I think it's extremely easy and quick. Taste pretty good IF you like beans. If you don't, this is not the salad for you. However, it is high protein and high fiber.

What I did:
1 can of black beans rinsed
1 can of pink beans rinsed
1/2 cup cucumbers chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup of cheese of choice
1/4 cup of pecans
1/4 cup of shredded carrots
Dressing:
1:1 ratio oil and vinegar of choice- Example 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar
salt, pepper, honey and mustard to taste
