#speedweekwithpeak comes to an end! We attempted to run 250+ mph to get my AA License and possibly reset the record again. The course wasn't there for us on Day 5 and on Day 6 we just didn't have the power.
Rather than continuing to attempt, we're taking it as a reason to come back again! Our good friend, Shawn Fetter, was able to break a record and join the 200 MPH club in the car that I raced last year with Roger Beckman and Time Cox! We had a blast celebrating his accomplishment and wrapping up the week with the 200 mph club banquet.
