A full ride on 511S Bathurst short turn from Bathurst Station to Spadina Avenue & King Street West. This routing is temporary while crews perform track, watermain and infrastructure upgrade work down at Bathurst and Fleet Street. As a result of this, 509 Harbourfront streetcar service is now fully suspended and replaced by buses between Exhibition Place and Union Station. However, the upside is 510A Spadina streetcar service is back between Spadina and Union Stations meaning anyone using the 509 harbour front replacement bus could also transfer to a streetcar at Queen's Quay and Spadina on route 510A. The ride without traffic congestion from Exhibition Place to Union Station is extremely fast, which I've done last September during a single weekend streetcar service suspension where streetcars on 509 were only replaced by buses that weekend during quick track and infrastructure work. At rush hour the 509 Harbourfront bus may not be that quick or depending what time of day it is. As of right now, 509 Harbourfront streetcars will be replaced by buses until June just before the summer starts. That way streetcar service should be ready for all the soccer and football games and CNE at Exhibition Place. Right now, anyone going to the Marley's hockey there is stuck with buses only. Between now and then a ride and walk journey involving a ride on the 509 Harbourfront replacement bus will be underway or maybe 2. Anyways here's 511S Bathurst short turn. Bye for now.
