Tuning my custom built F30 328i N20!

Finally putting a tune on the 328i 2.0L N20 build. It's not what I expected but I am 99% sure my turbo is on it's way out, hence the crazy turbo lag. It seems really slow up top and takes some time to build boost. I noticed when putting everything back together the turbine was a little stiff and the actuator was really loose.
New turbo and fueling coming soon hopefully.
