Turning a Log into a Snapping Turtle

Today we are turning a big old white pine log into a snapping turtle! Due to a change in the clients timeline, I started this project around mid winter and didn't finish it until this spring! This turtle will be presented by the client as a gift to some close friends of hers who have a meaningful story behind the snapping turtle.
