Jammy is back in action! After months off recovering from injury, this was only her second jump since July last year —and my first proper jumping lesson on her in a long time. If you’ve already seen part one of this training session with Winnie, you’ll know we focused on getting me to ride more forward and stop taking those unnecessary pulls before a fence. Now, it’s time to see if I can apply the same improvements to Jam.
Spoiler alert: She was very happy to be back! It honestly felt like we picked up right where we left off, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her back out jumping. Watch to see how we got on in this much-needed showjumping lesson with Emily Mustow Equestrian.
