Butterflies are definitely a popular choice for nail art, right after flowers. And when you combine them with watercolour, the results are incredibly satisfying!
The key tip here is to dilute your watercolour paint generously with water. This will create beautifully transparent wings. Keep in mind that we'll be adding details on top, so if your base color is too dark or dense, it might take away from the overall effect.
The great thing about this design is that the possibilities for adding details are endless. I hope you give it a try! If you do, please tag me on social media—I'd love to see what you create.
