Twin Flames- Learn how to manage your energy when your Twin Flame returns after no contact

Are you still experiencing the push/pull energy dynamics with your Twin Flame? In this video, I talk about a client’s experience using self-inquiry to identify and help manage push/pull energy dynamics with his Twin Flame and how long he will need to hold the vibration to magnetize in his preferred relationship and experiences.

As always, I promote the following as it has helped me in so many ways in my life including hugely improving the relationship with my Twin Flame:

1. Get clear on your self-concept. Develop your self-concept and self-care routines to have a better connection with yourself. This is the "get into soul" or "be in soul" phrases we hear in Spiritual/Twin Flames content. 2. Practice a lot of self-inquiry when thoughts and push/pull projections come up. Using tools like mindfulness/self-reflection, and the personal development school attachment style assessment to helped me better understand how my push/pull energy showed up based on my trauma and beliefs, but then I also found this in Liora's eBook and the art of practicing self-inquiry to understand the push/pull energy happening with us and how we project that outside of us. That energy is our vibration and our frequency.

3. Persist! When the Twin Flame push/pull energy shows up, If you feel your push/pull energy, you can practice self-inquiry to see what is being mirrored at you and how you may want to "heal it"/address it. For me, sometimes it was silly stuff and I could toss it away, other things that came up required more reflection or "healing". Every person is different. All the Twin Flames stuff is showing is the push/pull energy dynamic with your Twin Flame and probably in all aspects of your life. Be sure to take good care of you here- if you need professional support, get it! It can be really helpful and perhaps help you be a little more efficient with your self-inquiry process.

4. The more I did these steps and the faster I made it about me and not about the Twin Flame, the more I magnetize in what is in alignment for me and I feel a greater sense of relief and inner balance.

5. For those of us who resonate with Twin Flames phenomenon, in my opinion, all it was intended to do is show us where we were out of alignment with our authentic self, highest self, our God self, and to address toxic, limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us stuck, acting small or being in a low vibration- caught up in addictive patterns. And this will be different for everybody!
