I made a soft steamed egg like pudding very easily in the microwave.
Then, I made an omelette by adding various ingredients and folding it.
The taste changes depending on the ingredients you put in, so you can add your favorite ingredients.
These are great for breakfast.


*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

[Steamed Egg Pudding]
✤ Ingredients
- 132g, 2 Large eggs
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 250ml Water
- 4-5 Dried shrimp

✤ TIP
- The amount of water is important. Please take good care.
- Depending on the size of the bowl, the steaming time may vary.
- When using a wrap, make sure to drill a hole through which the heat can escape.
- Fill only 70% of the bowl as the eggs will rise as they cook.
- If the microwave is overflowing with water, cover a cup of water with plastic wrap (a hole is required) and put it together.
Spin it (a way to dissipate heat)
- When steaming using a steamer, cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and rest for 5 minutes
- When using kelp water instead of dried shrimp, soak the kelp in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.

- 1 Pinch salt
- Tomatoes
- Spring onion (other vegetables may be used)
- Smoked Ham
- mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (topping/optional)
- Parsley (topping/optional)
