Russia is full of Soviet Apartments and the majority of families still live in these. However, the balance changes, old houses get demolished and the new ones are built. More and more families, more likely in big cities now, but in small towns as well, gradually move to the flats with different from Soviet times standards and make such apartments more typical nowadays.
