No better way to master gouache than folk art! In this Easter Egg "pysanka" tutorial I will teach you my all time favorite folk art strokes that I learned in Ukraine. 🎨 MATERIALS:
Paper: use any surface you like - no need for expensive 100% cotton! Gouache is opaque and goes on anything.
Paints: Permanent White, Ultramarine Blue and Quinacridone Magenta from @winsornewton The only one I strongly recommend is white - the rest is up to you:)
Brushes: any round synthetic / sable or squirrel will do, we don't need anything fancy for gouache. I will use 1 old sable in size #3 for bigger strokes, and 2 smaller size #2 and size #0 synthetic / squirrel for details.
