Ingredients
Big Onion-3
Basen powder/
Chickpeas Powder-4tbsp
Rice Flour-1tbsp
Hing-1/4tsp
Fennel powder-2pinches
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Green chilli-2
Curryleaves-2strings
Ginger-small
Salt-
Sugar-2pinch
Oil-for frying
Method
Peel and clean the onion…Cut them into fine slices ..
To that add ginger,green chilli,curry leaves ,and salt
Mix well..
Then add chilli powder ,asafetida powder and fennel powder ..Mix well..
Keep aside for 10 minutes
Then to that add rice flour and basen flour ..mix well..
finally add sugar and mix
. Heat oil in a kadai
..Now pour the coated onion in small small part in to the hot oil.
Deep fry them .
Remove from the oil and drain …
Serve the hot pakoda with chutney or tomato sauce ..
