Buddhism employs the framework of the "two truths"—conventional and ultimate reality—to navigate and understand existence. Through the study of these truths, practitioners can grasp how ignorance leads to disturbing emotions and suffering, and how the elimination of these destructive emotions through the realization of emptiness is possible.
This path is elaborated through various Buddhist tenets, each offering more and more nuanced views on existence and nonexistence, ultimately guiding practitioners towards the understanding that liberation from suffering and the cycle of rebirth is achievable through realising the ultimate nature of reality.
