I'm so excited to finally share with you my newest series I have been working on! Welcome to In the Kitchen with Lizzy, a place where I'll be sharing my love for QUICK & TASTY recipes that anyone can make. I'm keeping it fresh, simple & delicious!
This episode is all about the veggies: fresh, colorful and healthy veggies. I'll be making my Ultimate Chopped Salad with a very easy, no way to mess up, Garlic Vinaigrette. I swear, I use it on everything. I used many summer fresh veggies in this recipe perfect during summer but feel free to switch it up for your favorite veggies throughout the year.
Also, feel free to use any extra chopped veggies for meal prep during the week in a Vegetable Soup or colorful Veggie Pasta.
