I am at Buford's Pub in Sadorus, IL to take on their undefeated Big Buford Challenge. This is an undefeated challenge consisting of a massive elephant ear pork tenderloin sandwich, a 2x3 burger that consists of two 8oz burgers layered in between three 2oz smash burgers, a huge trash can nacho tray, onion rings, tater tots, and waffle fries. This challenge has no time limit and if completed I will get the meal for free, become the first winner and get $100. This challenge has a lot of my favorite foods but there are a few hurdles alond the way that may prove to be too much for me. Will I become the first winner or join the long list of people who were unable to complete it? Thank you Jeff and everyone at Buford's for their kindess and allowing me to take on this awesome challenge and thank you to everyone who stayed and enjoyed watching me struggle right to the end!
