Today I'm at Auction House Cafe in Wayland, Michigan, attempting their undefeated Pancake Challenge! Challengers have 30 minutes to finish three of their giant, plate sized pancakes. Winners get the meal for free, go on the wall of fame, and a $25 gift card. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $7 for the meal and take home leftovers.
