Understanding Open loop / Closed loop Basics

In this video I give you a basic description of "open loop" VS "closed loop" This may seem very basic however the question has been asked numerous times, whats the deference between the two, so I thought this would be a great example With this knowledge I came to the conclusion without looking at the vehicle, how the engines low coolant temp was directly related to poor fuel mileage
