Former Blackburn & Manchester United defender Phil Jones is our next special guest on the latest episode of No Tippy Tappy Football.
Phil Jones sits down alongside Sam Allardyce and Natalie Pike to discuss all things football from making his debut under Sam at Blackburn to signing for Sir Alex Ferguson and Manchester United.
Phil and Sam talk about their time together at Blackburn, making his Premier League debut against Chelsea, advice from El Hadji Diouf and why it would be a dream to manage his boyhood club one day.
The two then discuss his prominent rise which had all of the top teams in England after his signature, however it was a phone call from Sir Alex that sealed the deal.
They then both chat in depth about Phil's time at Manchester United, the pressure of wearing the Manchester United shirt and learning from the greats such as Rio Ferdinand and Ryan Giggs.
