Unpeeled Fresh Ginger juice that will last / anti inflammatory drink

I tend to make my Ginger juice in bulk and use it as a base for most remedies and flavourings.
A must try.
INGREDIENTS
250g of fresh Ginger
1 litre of filtered Water/ Boiled Pineapple skins & Lemongrass Tea
1 teaspoonful of Cloves
7 Grains of Selim (Hwentia/Etso)
Honey to taste (optional)
Pinch of Salt for preservation
