Unreal - DIY Doner Kebab In A Slow Cooker - The Best We've Had

This home made Doner Kebab recipe is probably the best kebab i've tasted. We cooked it in the slow cooker on low for 5 hours and here's the ingredients. 1.5kg or 3.3lbs of lamb mince 2 large eggs 3 tsp paprika 3 tsp chilli powder 3 tsp garlic powder 3 tsp ground black pepper 3 tsp oregano 1 tsp salt. mix everything together for 10 mins, make into a sausage shape, wrap in tin foil and pierce the bottom for drainage, place in the slow cooker sitting on screwed up foil balls to keep it off the bottom of the cooker and cook on low for 5 hours. Check with a meat thermometer after cooking and make sure internal temp is over 75 deg C. Slice thinly and enjoy in a kebab.
