The Volvo S60 is a stunningly beautiful, Scandinavian luxury sedan. But in order to compete with the likes of the Mercedes C-Class, BMW 3-Series and Genesis G70 a car must do more than just look appealing. The new B5 mild-hybrid setup of this Volvo S60 promises a smoother, and slightly more fuel efficient driving experience that Volvo pairs with their, as per usual, wonderful interior materials and design. Yet, it's not all rosy with the 2023 Volvo S60 B5. Just like with the Volvo C40 Recharge we tested a few months ago, the S60 is plagued by various minor issues that add up. And when your vehicle is clocking in at $67,680.00 CAD here in Canada, you have to make sure that it is greater than the sum of its individual parts... or at the very least equal to that. But does that make the Volvo S60 a sedan that you're better off skipping, or could it still be a great vehicle once you adjust your expectations? Find out in today's review!
