We sometimes get stuck on certain fears and emotions when living with UNWANTED, intrusive thoughts. We feel scared they may not be unwanted! We feel sad or resentful, thinking 'Why me?'. we worry there may be truth to the thoughts, or we believe we don't deserve happiness because of what our minds are capable of.
