This is an update to one of my earliest builds - The Storm Witch!
Focused on defensive support, crowd control, and Elite Slaying, this Storm Witch is now more stronger than ever when it comes to bringing the pain!
This is the first of my "commentary" style guides and in it I hope to help out the new players/psykers who aren't yet familiar with build crafting their psykers by explaining the logic and rationale of this build.
