It's time to replace that old factory 2.80:1 rear end and open differential with a new 3.55:1 ring and pinion, along with a new Yukon Traction Lok limited slip differential. I purchased these parts from Quick Performance as I had the same kit on my last car and I wanted to go with them again because the previous kit was so successful. https://www.quickperformance.com/ Ring gear and Pinion - 3.55:1 set, Motive Gear, part number F880355 Limited Slip Diff - Traction Lok differential, Yukon, part number YdGF8-28-AG Ford Performance Friction Modifier - part number CM-19546-A1 Gear Oil - Lucas Oil 80W-90, used 1.5 liters Third member assembly and gear lash adjustment done by local shop. The car is a 1966 Mustang Fastback with a factory V8 and T5 transmission. Shot with GoPro Hero 8 with the Media Mod, edited on Davinci Resolve 17.
