Onion, Sliced (प्याज़) - 1½ cups
Potato, small (आलू) - 4 nos
Carrots, medium (गाजर) - 4 nos
Cauliflower, medium (गोभी) - 1 no
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Green chilli, slit (हरी मिर्च) - 2 nos
Tomato, large (टमाटर) - 2 nos
Hamdard Khaalis Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1 tsp
Hamdard Khaalis Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च) - 2 tsp
Hamdard Khaalis Subz Biryani Masala (बिरयानी मसाला) - 2 tbsp
Curd (दही) - ¾ cup
Green Peas (मटर) - 1 cup
Kasoori methi leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - a very large pinch
Water (पानी) - 4 cups
Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल) - 2 cups
For Jaljeera
Hamdard Khaalis Jaljeera Masala (जलजीरा पाउडर) - 1½ tbsp
Water (पानी) - 1½ cups
Ice cubes (बर्फ) - few
Boondi (बूँदी) - handful
Mint leaves (पुदीना पत्ता) - for garnish
