Bahan-bahan:
500gr daging ayam (20.000)
Bumbu Marinasi:
1/4 sdt cabe bubuk
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1/2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sdm garam
75ml air
Saus Hot Lava:
25ml minyak goreng
2 sdm bawang putih halus
300ml air
250gr saus cabe (3500)
250gr saus tomat (3500)
125gr saus barbeque (4436)
2 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdm saus tiram
2,5 sdm gula palm/palm sugar
1 sdm cabe bubuk (boleh tambah jika suka pedas)
1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
Tepung Ayam:
500gr terigu protein sedang (7000)
2 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm tepung aci/tapioka
1/2 sdt cabe bubuk
1/2 sdt lada putih bubuk
1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk
1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1/2 sdt oregano
1/4 sdt soda kue
1/2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sdm garam
Nasi:
1 kg beras (12.000)
1150ml air
200gr daun selada (5000)
1 timun ukuran besar (2000)
10gr biji wijen sangrai (600)
20 paper bowl ukuran 360ml (18.400)
20 sendok bebek (1700)
•Minyak goreng (10.000)
•Bumbu (10.000)
Modal -+ Rp 98.136 jadi 20 porsi.
Modal per porsi= 98.136 : 20 = 4906
Jika jual 7000/porsi, omset= 7000x20 = 140.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 140.000 - 98.136
= 41.864
