I used to live in Tainan in college. I was once praised by Lukang’s grandma that the Tainan dialect is very standard and nice. I knew I was from Tainan.
It was only after leaving Tainan that I began to have a strong resonance with Tainan's food culture. With the spirit of love for adventure, I went to Hsinchu alone to start a gourmet desert adventure.
