I have had and have many passions in my life, but one of them has been and will be confectionery, I love flour and the uses it can be given, I am one of those people who if I try a stew prepared with a rich seasoning I always leave a little hole for dessert and I almost always choose something prepared with flour.
I am not lying to you, I am also a big eater of savory dishes and I prepare Mexican/Dominican dishes, I love to experiment with international foods that is why sometimes you will see foods from other countries because my sense of experimentation needs to be satisfied too
