As the name suggest I am an average easy runner who loves to run everyday.
In this channel I will be taking you along my journey of becoming a healthy, happy and spirited runner by adopting simple, proven and accepted methods of training like MAF training, low heart rate training and by building your aerobic fitness.

We will also learn how you can start running as a beginner or restart running after a break or injury.

We will discover newer techniques of becoming faster runner by adopting 80/20 running principle and also learn interval training to improve Vo2 Max.

We will also talk about running gears, nutrition and strength training for runners.

I will also share my experience with intermittent fasting and help you to become an efficient runner. Most importantly i will share essential running drills and tips for you to become a better runner.

This is a wholesome running channel dedicated to all runners from beginner to regular runners.
