In 2024, I underwent a major surgery due to a sudden illness, which led me to restart my life as a househusband in Okinawa. When Costco opened its first store in Okinawa, I got so excited that I impulsively started a YouTube channel!
On my channel, I share reviews of Costco purchases and document my growth as a househusband.
Why I Became a Househusband
After developing a heart condition, I worried about returning to work. My wife suggested, "Why not be a househusband? You’d be great at it!"
Though surprised, I decided to give it a shot as part of my recovery, since I’ve always liked cooking and housework. Now, I’m tackling endless “invisible tasks” and learning every day.
