Running in Japan

Hello everyone! I'm an American former high school cross country and track and field runner who also ran a bit in the military. Now living in Tokyo, Japan, I began running again at 41 years of age after an 18-year hiatus from the sport. I ran my first half marathon, and now I'm wondering where my journey will take me next. This is my story—a writing in progress.
