In 2009, I uprooted my family for a fresh new start. We left northern California, Chico to be exact, and move across the United States 1800 miles to what would become our new life in Dike Texas. We decided to get away from all the hustle and bustle of a larger town and take a shot at more of a rural lifestyle. Being 15 miles from the closest store was definitely an adjustment. If you have an issue now, it's figure out how to make it work. I have learned a lot in the past few years, not only how out to fix many everyday maintenance/repair type problems to improving on how to make repairs last longer. That's how the East Texas ADV YouTube channel came about.. We have a bit of everything from daily life on the ranch, the animals we tend to, DIY repairs home to vehicles, and recreational fun. Motorcycles and 4 wheelers, of course. To even the occasional newborn edition to the ranch.. This is a family adventure we enjoy sharing with you. Thank you for checking out our channel.
